Schools use VMind to help pupils understand what a calm nervous system feels like.

Schools use VMind to help them support young people to manage their emotions and calm their behaviour.

Schools are using VMind as a class aid to support them when dealing with pupils who are displaying difficulties managing their emotions. VMind alters psychological responses to stressors and supports nervous system regulation. It enables the student to experience and then learn a state of calm that they can eventually return to by themselves.
